Removing hair
product residue
If your machine is not performing as expected
or the lights continue to flash after following
the regular filter maintenance instructions, an
additional clean is required to remove hair
product residue that may not be visible.

Filter cage

Hold the handle of your
machine and pull the
filter cage downwards,
onto the cable.

Gently pull open the
filter cage and slide it
off the cable.
