Principle
Ultrasonic cleaning is based on the cavitation effect, caused by the vibration of
high-frequency ultrasonic waves in the liquid.
As microscopic bubbles are formed, these implode and cause cavitation. This
cavitation creates an intense scrubbing action on the surface of the item being
cleaned. The bubbles are small enough to penetrate microscopic crevices, cleaning
them thoroughly and consistently.
Ultrasonic cleaning is extremely effective in removing dirt and grime, which would
normally require tedious manual cleaning. Use an ultrasonic cleaner to clean a wide
variety of instruments and mechanical parts, returning them to almost brand new
condition without damage to delicate parts.
General operation
1.
Open the lid and fill the tank with water. Running the cleaner without water will
damage the appliance. Do not exceed the MAX mark.
2.
Put the item to be cleaned in the water and make sure it is completely
immersed.
3.
Close the lid and connect the cleaner to the mains. Press the on-off switch to
switch on the cleaner. The cleaner will start the cleaning process. The cleaner
will automatically switch off after 5 minutes of cleaning. Press the on-off switch
to switch off the cleaning process prematurely.
4.
Disconnect the cleaner from the mains. Open the lid and take out the cleaned
item. Finally, empty the tank and wipe dry.
