normally?

Are you using bread that has been
sliced at home?
Did you press the DEFROST button
even though the bread is not frozen?
Are you toasting thick bread that is
covered in frost?
Are you toasting frozen bread
without pressing the DEFROST
button?
Did you plug in the power plug into
the socket?
Do not use unusually-shaped bread.
Use bread that is the correct size
