SHELVES
Two metal wire shelves are included with the unit that can be removed and adjusted to different levels
to accomodate different growing heights. Please use caution when removing a shelf as it may be un-
balanced, heavy or contain residual water. Do not remove shelving without fi rst removing everything
on the shelf.

•
Make sure the shelf is aligned with the lock block when taking the shelf out or
putting it back into the unit.
•
To remove a rack from its locked position, tilt the rack as shown and pull out-
ward.
•
To re-install, ensure the rack is resting securely on the support brackets and
push the rack inward until it locks into place.

To remove shelves:
•
Fully extend the shelf you wish to remove.
•
Lift the front of the shelf up.
•
Holding the shelf track, push the shelf in, then up to release from the
rear dampers.

Note: Door swing cannot be reversed.
Note: Your appliance may look slightly different based on the
cabinet that was used to build the Danby Fresh Grower.
Note: Two plastic trays are included with the unit. Place plant
pots on these trays to ensure that if water leaks from the plant

pots it will not leak from the unit and damage your fl oors.
