Read all the instructions carefully and use the heater only as directed in
the manual. Use of the heater in other ways may cause electric shock, fire,
or damage to persons or property.
This heater is hot when in use. Do not let bare skin touch hot surfaces.
Always wait until the heater has cooled to move the unit.
Make sure combustible materials, such as furniture, pillows, bedding,
papers, clothes, and curtains, are at least 3' (0.9 m) away from all sides of
the heater. Do not place towels or other objects on the heater.
This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with
reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience
and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction
regarding use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the
appliance.
Always unplug heater when not in use, or when moving or cleaning.
Keep pets away from heater to avoid injury.
DO NOT operate the heater with a damaged power cord or if the heater
has been dropped, damaged, or has malfunctioned. Return the heater to
an authorized service facility for inspection, electrical or mechanical
adjustment, or repair.
DO NOT use heater outdoors.
DO NOT use heater in any area where there is standing water. Do not
locate heater where it may fall into a bathtub, pool, or other water
container. Do not touch the control panel or plug with wet hands.
DO NOT run power cord under carpeting. Do not cover cord with throw
rugs, runners, or similar coverings. Make sure the cord is kept away from
highly travelled areas so that it will not be tripped over.
To disconnect the heater, turn controls to OFF then remove the plug from
the outlet.
Connect power cord to properly grounded electrical outlets only.
DO NOT allow foreign objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust opening
in the heater as this may cause electric shock, fire, or damage to the
heater.
To prevent a possible fire, do not block air intake or exhaust in any manner.
Do not use on soft surfaces like a bed, where openings may become
blocked.
