8. Assembly of the Optional Wheel Kits

There are 3 sizes of wheel kit available to fit the following models:
CVA286-27-100 286 / 336 Castor Set
compatible with:
CGV286-3 36 L 1kW Compact Extractor
CGV286-4 36 L 2 x 1kW Compact Extractor
CGV336-3 55 L 1kW Medium Extractor
CGV336-4 55 L 2 x 1kW Medium Extractor
CVA386-27-100 386 Castor Set
compatible with:
CGV386-5 90 L 2 x 1kW Large Extractor
CGV386-6 90 L 3 x 1kW Large Extractor
CVA486-27-100 486 Castor Set

Extractor
Each wheel kit is supplied fully assembled ready to be fitted to the dust
extractor.
Remove the head of the extractor, empty the drum and turn it upside down
as shown in Fig 8.2 then place the wheel kit inside the rim of the drum as
shown.
The wheel kit features 2 adjustment nuts as shown in Fig 8.3. Loosen the
outer adjustment nut to allow the frame of the wheel kit to expand then use
the inner adjustment nut to expand the frame until it is a secure and tight fit
inside the rim.
Re-tighten the outer adjustment nut to secure the frame in position as
shown in Fig 8.4.
The wheel kit should now be installed correctly as shown in Fig 8.5.
