Barbecue position (Open grilling)
This position provides a larger surface area
for grilling and allows for separated grilling,
such as when vegetables and meat are grilled
simultaneously. In addition, several people can
participate in grilling and can prepare their own
food according to their own taste.
1. Place this product on a flat, heat resistant,
even and non-slip surface.
2. Slide the grease drip tray in the intended
position of the contact grill.
3. Open the upper casing by pushing the
handle all the way up.
4. Press the release button while holding the
handle.
5. Open the upper casing towards the rear
using the handle.
6. By doing so, the handle serves as a stand.
Let go of the release button as soon as the
upper casing has been pushed all the way
back.
7. Connect the power plug to a suitable
power outlet.
8. Set the control dial Lower and Upper to
the desired position.
9. After using the product, turn the control
dial Lower and Upper to MIN.
10. Unplug the power plug from the power
outlet and let the product cool down.
Caution
The upper casing will become very hot
during operation. Therefore, it is especially
important when grilling with the heating
plates open to place the product on a
fireproof surface. The surface must be level
and non-slip.

Note
Oil/fat remains collected with supplied drip
tray must not be re-used.
