This instrument is very suitable for keeping half frozen food and fresh food to be

When storing the food, cover it with vinyl wrap or store in container with a lid.
This prevents moisture from evaporating, and helps food to keep its taste and
nutrients.

Allow hot food to cool prior to storing, placing hot food in freezer could spoil other
food and lead to higher energy consumption.

Do not store bottles in the freezer - they may break when frozen.

Do not refreeze food that has been thawed. This causes loss of taste and nutrient.

Never keep too much food in door rack because they must push against by
freezer rack so that the door cannot be fully closed.

processing. Opening the door lets warm air enter the freezer, and cause
