• Do not expose the device to heat (radiator, oven, etc.),
direct sunlight or humidity.
• Do not use any accessories other that those
recommended by Carmen.
• Keep the device clean and do not use abrasives or
products containing solvents.
• Connect the device only to an electrical system that
meets the prevailing regulations and that is equipped
with a delay fuse. Make sure that the maximum current
of all devices connected to this fuse does not exceed its
maximum current (16A).
• We recommend equipping the group to which the
bathroom is connected with a residual current operated
circuit breaker of maximum 16A to increase safety. Ask
your electrician for advice.

> DIRECTION FOR USE
Before you can use the appliance, its batteries must be fully
charged. The duration of the battery depends on the kind of
attachment and the time of work that is been done.
Fully charge the clipper before using it for the first time or
after non- use for a long period of time.
Battery performance is best if you recharge only when the
battery is (almost)completely empty.
Charging or recharging at temperatures below 10 °C or
higher than 40 °C adversely affects lifespan of the battery.
Continuously recharging clipper will reduce lifespan of
battery. Do not charge for more than 8 hours, when the
device is fully charged the green light turns on.When the
battery power reaches the minimum, the light begins to flash
red.
When using this appliance for the first time it is advisable to
experiment initially on an area of light hair growth. Fit one
of the comb attachments by sliding it onto the clippers. The
comb will click into place when fully engaged. Fit the small
comb attachment to cut hair lengths in the range 2 mm -
14 mm or the large comb attachment to cut hair lengths in
the range 16 mm- 28 mm. To set the cutting length, press
the lock button on the cutting length control and slide the
control to set for a shorter or longer cut. The cutting length is
marked on the side of the comb.
