The electric motor that powers the movement of the step is equipped with an
overload protection circuit to avoid electrical failures and fire hazards, but to
ensure a long life of the product, the system must not be overloaded. To avoid
such conditions, the use of a 2020348929 control unit is suggested. The
electrical circuit powering the product must use a safety fuse (fuse rating
indicated in the datasheet), the wire leads must have a minimum of 1,5 mm²
section, and must be compliant to the ISO 6722 standard.

5 STORAGE AND TRANSPORT

• Depending on various factors, the product can be shipped with a
single-unit cardboard packaging, or an industrial multi-unit pallet.
•
The shipping of the product must be handled by a professional
Company, with personnel trained on safety and general handling of
items.
•
Upon arrival, the packaging must be examined for defects, or
in case of a multi-unit pallet, the quantity and condition of the
items must be checked immediately.
•
Every unit is quality-checked and tested before the packaging
operations; therefore, the complaints about damaged items or
packaging must be conducted with the shipping company.
• The product, in either types of packaging, must be stored indoor, in
temperatures between -10°C and +50°C and no more than 80% R.H.,
repaired from sunlight or other significant sources of UV light.
