- Select your age by pressing < or > touches.
- Default age is 30.
- Press SET touch to confirm.
- Select your height by pressing < or > touches.
- Default height is 175 cm.
- Press SET touch to confirm.
- When 0.0 kg appears on the display, you can stand on the scale. Your weight, BMI value
(body mass index) and BMI evaluation are displayed.
- Once all personal data are displayed, they keep recorded. For next analysis the scale
recognizes the user automatically.
Scale turns off automatically after 15 seconds.
