2. Application and Function
• A balloon jack is a device which you use for lifting a car in order to ensure the accessibility for repair and maintenance work.
• A balloon jack is only a lifting device. Do not misuse the jack.
• Please observe the product safety information!
3. Inspection
• Open the packing and check that the equipment has not been damaged in transit and that you received all the parts specified in the shipping documents.
Before bringing the equipment into service conduct a visual inspection in order to determine leaks, damages, loose or missing parts.
4. Startup and Operation
• Connect the jack to the air supply.
• Pull the right trigger ,"Up" position, the load is lifted to the desired level.Secure with support stand.(Fig.03)
• The integrated overload safety device (relief valve) ensures that the lifted load never exceeds the capacity of the jack
• To lower the load, pull the left trigger , "Down"
5. Maintenance
• All moveable parts must be greased regularly with common multi-purpose grease. Always keep the unit clean and away from aggressive chemicals. Do
not leave the unit outdoors.
• Maintenance and repair of the equipment only by technical maintenance staff.
6. Disposal
• The disposal of this equipment must be in accordance with the legislation the respective country.
• All damaged, strongly worn out or improperly functioning devices HAVE TO BE TAKEN OUT OF OPERATION.
The repair of the equipment should be performed only by qualified technical staff.
Use the equipment only for its intended use as described above, any other use is explicitly excluded! For injuries and damages resulting from
improper use, misuse or infringement of safety instructions, we accept no liability or warranty.
