BEFORE YOU START

BEFORE YOU START YOUR TRAINING:
• Turn on the ANT+ console by pressing any of
the 2 buttons ("SUN" or "FLOW").
• Test if the ANT+ console properly reads and
displays your HR signal transmitted from your
personal HR chest belt (analog chest belts will
be paired automatically; ANT+ chest belts must
be paired manually).
