Using the RingFlash 250 Frequency Detector
The frequency detector must be exposed to a smoke
alarm signal for over 5 seconds. The transmission
only triggers the RingFlash 250 base station after this
period.
3. When the Status LED (1) on the frequency detector
lights up, the frequency detector is transmitting a signal
to the RingFlash 250 base station.
4. The RingFlash 250 base station continues to signal
an alarm until the smoke alarm ceases to sound an
alarm. (Refer to the operating manual supplied with the
smoke alarm.)
If the detector does not pick-up the acoustic signals,
