Fitting kit
- 2 M5 threaded fasteners
- 3 Ø5 plastic washers
- 6 Ø6 plastic washers
- 5 5×15 BHc screws
Assembly
- Put fixing brackets in place as shown on photos 1 to 4.
- Fit threaded fasteners in place on the low fairing as on above photos.
- Remove plastic rivets which are located below nose fairing, just above the radiator.
- Remove lower screw from radiator cover.
- Position the low fairings and fix them with 2 5×15 screws.
- Fix the low fairings to the radiator using 2 6×25 screws, 2 plastic washers, and inserting Ø6×10 spacers between the
lower fairings and the radiator.
- The edge trim should be fitted to the nose fairing, between this one and the low fairings.
- The low fairings should then be attached to the brackets already fixed earlier to the bike, using 4 6×20 screws,
plastic washers, and inserting the Ø6×5 rubber spacers between the brackets and the low fairings.
- Secure the fairing lowers using the remaining screws, washers and nuts.
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical data of our
painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* Low fairings will be neither retaken nor exchanged in case of rubbing during a "sports" driving, or during the clearing of pavements, uneven road surfaces ... The fitting of Ermax accessories is planned for a normal road use.
* Move hoses so that they do not fall inside the belly pans. Any deterioration due to flows of corrosive products is not guaranteed.
* Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break our plastic accessories and aluminium screws.
* The mentioned label of motorbikes's manufacturers are indicated exclusively as a reference to Ermax accessories.
