*When cleaning the spout, please unplug the power cord from the outlet.
Do not use any of the following items that could damage the spout, switch, or sensor surface.
• Acidic cleaning agents, chlorine bleach, alkaline cleaning agents
• Solvents such as paint thinner and benzene
• Cleansers, cleaning agents with coarse grains such as polishing powder
• Nylon scouring pads, scouring pads, brushes, etc.
Cleaning the spout
When mildly dirty
Please moisten a cloth with cold or lukewarm water,
wring it out well, and wipe away the dirt.
When extremely dirty
Wipe away the dirt with a cloth moistened with an
appropriately diluted neutral cleaning agent, then wipe
with a damp cloth.
Cleaning the sensor
To clean the sensor, please wipe away the dirt with a
cloth moistened with cold water or lukewarm water.
When extremely dirty, please wipe away the dirt with
a cloth moistened with an appropriately diluted neutral
cleaning agent, then wipe with a damp cloth. When
cleaning, please be careful not to damage the surface
of the sensor.
* The sensor may stop working if water scale adheres
to its surface. Please clean the sensor on a regular
basis approximately every six months.
Rattling
Confirm that the spout is not wobbling.
If the spout is wobbling, tighten the nut beneath the

spout.
