  • Page 17 LATERAL AND REAR AIR VENTS - REPLACEMENT REMOVING THE INTAKES The air intakes are fixed to the shell with two-way adhesive tape, to remove them just life them on one side and pull. If they are difficult to remove, use a tool (for ex. a screwdriver). Slide it in the air intake holes and lever on the shell. During this operation protect the helmet from the tool using a cloth so it does not damage or scratch the painted layer.

Nel caso la rimozione sia difficile è possibile utilizzare un attrezzo (es. un cacciavite) infilandolo nei fori di ingresso dell’aria e facendo leva sulla calotta.

Abziehen und wieder Anbringen des Aufklebers, vermindert die Wirksamkeit des Klebstoffes. Das Haftvermögen resultiert sofort wirksam; die Höchstleistung des beidseitigen Klebers wird nach 24 Stunden erreicht. In diesem Zeitraum soll der Helm auf keinen Fall getragen werden.

Inner central padding: INNER SHELL - ASSEMBLY AND DISASSEMBLY - see figure 9 The inner shell is fixed to the helmet through 4 press studs (A). Removing the shell: snap open the press studs (A) and remove the inner shell.
  • Page 21 INTERNAL LATERAL PADDING: CHEEK PADS - REMOVAL AND REFITTING - see figure 10 The cheek pads are secured to the inner lining of the helmet by means of a mechanism applied to the chin guard, which can be activated without the use of tools (Suomy patent).   • Page 24 V A N D A L CHEEK PADS - REMOVING THE FABRIC COVER REMOVAL The cover is fitted over the polystyrene pad without the use of adhesive or mechanical fixing systems. To remove the cover simply take it off the support by enlarging the elasticised border on the rear. ASSEMBLY Fit the cover over the pad starting from one end and then fitting it over the opposite end.
  • Page 25 V A N D A L VISOR The visor must be checked and cleaned periodically. The presence of dirt and/or deep scratches on the surface of the visor may result in anomalous glare or optical effects that impair the safety of your riding. In this case the visor must be replaced immediately.

Arrange slot (A) over pin (B). Pull the opposite edge of the strip and arrange slot (C) over pin (D), pressing against the helmet visor to eliminate air bubbles and ensure the strip adheres fully to the visor.
