a didas GMR One Year Limited Warranty
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the
Australian Consumer Law or the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and com-
pensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are
also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be
of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
WARRANTY
This warranty applies to the GMR Product (including the GMR J acquard
Tag) originally purchased from a didas or an authorized a didas retailer that
a didas retailer that can be identified by the „ a didas" trademark, trade
name, or logo affixed to them (referred to as the "Product").
a didas AG [ a didas Australia Pty Limited and a didas New Zealand Limited]
warrants the Product to be free of defects in materials and workmanship,
when used normally in accordance with a didas's GMR User Guide avai-
lable at the GMR website [www. a didas.com/GMR], for a period of one
year from the date of initial purchase by the original consumer purchaser
("Warranty Period"). a didas is not responsible for damage arising from
failure to follow the instructions, maintenance and care procedures in the
GMR User Guide available at the GMR website [www. a didas.com/GMR].
This limited warranty excludes damage resulting from normal wear or
other causes listed under Warranty Exclusions below.
REMEDY
HOW TO CLAIM UNDER THIS WARRANTY
If during the Warranty Period you submit a claim to a didas at www. a didas.
com in accordance with this warranty, a didas will replace the Product
with the same Product formed from new and/or previously used parts that
are equivalent to new in performance and reliability.
Before receiving warranty service, a didas or its agents may require that
you furnish proof of purchase details, respond to questions designed to
assist with diagnosing potential issues and follow adidas's procedures for
obtaining warranty service.
If a didas or its agents requires inspection of the Product prior to providing
warranty service, you may be required to return the Product to a didas
Australia Pty Ltd at the address set out below via post at your own cost.
