2. General Device Description
The PPC-CAN-PT sensor is a pressure transducer. Pressure transduc-
ers are used for measuring pressure and temperature in hydraulic sys-
tems. The measured values are then transmitted over the standardized
CANopen serial bus protocol. The PPC-CAN-PT sensor should only be
used for measurements with the Stauff PPC-Pad measuring instrument.
The sensor features an LED which can signal the current sensor status.
NOTICE
Be sure to used the PPC-CAN-PT sensor only in conjunction
with the Stauff PPC-Pad measuring instrument. This will en-
sure that correct measurements are obtained and that sensor
damage is avoided.
