it back into the charging case?
The charging case has no power. The earphone will not power off in charging

case when charging case has no power.
Make sure the earphone is properly placed in the charging case. Please try to

clean the contact area between the charging box and the earphones with a soft
cloth, keep the charging metal piece and pin clean.
Q5: Why is the playtime as described?
A single charge does not allow the earbuds to last 20 hours. 5 hours playtime per charge
and another 3 recharged by charging case.
