MAINTENANCE
This part includes that part of the maintenance that may only be carried out by EcoWater's specialized
technicians. Incorrect and / or careless execution of these steps can lead to irreparable damage to the
membranes.
4.14
REPLACE MEMBRANES
1.
Turn off the reverse osmosis and pull the plug out of the wall socket
2.
Make sure the entire system is pressureless. Then disconnect the pipes at the entrance and the outlet
of the membranes.
3.
Carefully remove the end caps.

Pull the membrane out of the membrane holder. You may also need to remove the end cap at the
bottom to be able to push against the membrane from below.
5.
Insert the replacement membrane into the membrane holder. Make sure that the seal ring is located on
the feeding edge. If necessary, you can grease the seal ring with glycerin to ease the placement.
6.
Check the O-rings on the end caps and replace them if necessary.
7.
Grease the O-rings with glycerin and replace the end caps.
8.
Reconnect all tubing and switch on the reverse osmosis.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Installation does not work
UNIT PRODUCING LOW OR NO PRODUCT
