Troubleshooting guide
The massager cannot be started.
Make sure that the massager has been connected to the charger for 4 hours for a full charge and is now disconnected from the charger or
mains plug. The massager does not work while charging on the charger.
The massager suddenly stops working during operation.
The massager switches off automatically after 15 minutes.
Check the cables of the charger for a defective connection that has
prevented the unit from charging.
If none of the above measures work, wait one hour to allow the massager to cool down.
It has an automatic overheating protection function.
If the problem persists, stop using the appliance immediately and contact your dealer.
Battery & Charging
Do not disassemble or repair the battery yourself. Do not use third-party batteries. Please send the device to certified drop-off points for recyc-
ling. Please fully charge the battery when the device is not used for a long time, store it in a dry and cool environment. Charge it every 3 months
when not in use to avoid deep discharge of the battery. Used rechargeable batteries must not be disposed of in household waste because they
may contain toxic components and heavy metals that can be harmful to the environment and health. Give empty batteries to a suitable recycling
facility.
Guarantee/Warranty
The warranty period is 24 months from the date of purchase. This includes a 6-month guarantee from the date of purchase. We grant a 6-month
guarantee on the battery.
The geographical scope of the warranty protection is Europe-wide.
The proof of purchase is valid as proof of this. The product has been thoroughly checked for quality and functionality before dispatch.
The guarantee is excluded in the following cases:
• in the event of modifications to the system without our approval
• in the case of use other than that stated above
• in the event of damage caused by falling
When making a claim under the guarantee/warranty, please return the complete product in transport-safe packaging to the point of sale from
which the product was purchased. Describe the detected defect in the product and enclose the original proof of purchase with the shipment.
Function settings of the unit
On/Off
Switching the unit on and off. To switch on, please keep the button pressed a little longer. An automatic timer switches
the unit off after 15 minutes.
Massage direction
Easy to change the direction of the massage movement clockwise and anticlockwise to reach the main tension
ranges.
Speed
Easy adjustment of the massage speed in three steps by repeatedly pressing the button. After the strongest level, the
unit starts again with the weakest level.
Heat mode
Here you simply switch on the heat function and switch it off again by pressing it again.
When the heat function is on, the massage balls light up red.
Vibration function
Pressing the key once switches on an intermittent vibration function, pressing it twice switches on a constant vibration
function. Press the key again to deactivate this function.
