Instructions for use
1. UNFOLDING
-
Open the locking hook on the side of the
chassis and raise the handlebar (1 and 2).
-
When using for the first time, attach the seat
straps around the chassis. Don't make them
too tight. (3).
WARNING
: Make sure that the handlebar
and the chassis are secured firmly in place
(click heard).
2. WHEELS
FRONT WHEEL
-
Unscrew the nut from the end of the axle.
Remove only the first spring and the first
safety washer from the axle (4).
-
Slide the wheel into the fork with the disc
between the 2 brake pads (5).
-
Put the axle through the front wheel (6) (the
lever is on the opposite side of the disc).
-
Replace the removed spring and the safety
washer (for order, see 6). Check that the safety
washers are correctly fitted in the holes below
the fork. Screw the nut on loosely.

Slide the wheel well into the fork. Keeping
hold of the axle, lower the quick release lever
and turn it until it begins to tighten. Check
that the wheel is firmly in place by pulling on
it. If it moves, redo the last step and tighten
the axle further (7).

Turn the wheel to check that the disc does not
rub against the disc pads. If it does, check that
the axle is well fitted in the fork and/or that the
red washer (8a) on the brake block is not too
tight so as to allow space for the disc brake.
PLEASE NOTE! This washer allows the brake
pad located on the side of the fork to be nearer
to or further from the disc.
REAR WHEELS
-
Both wheels will block into place automatically.
(click heard) (9).

To remove them, pull on the grey lever,
removing the wheel at the same time (10).
3. BRAKES
FRONT WHEEL BRAKE
The SHOP'N JOGG DISC II is fitted with a front
wheel brake. (For further info. on the brake
adjustment, refer to section 8 (Practical advice
in these instructions).
WARNING
: The front brake should only be
used as an extra brake. It must never be used
as a parking brake.
PARKING BRAKE
-
Pushing down on the horizontal bar with your
foot will lock the rear-wheels.
WARNING
: Check that the wheels are firmly
locked.

To unlock, lift up the horizontal bar with your
foot (14).
4. ADJUSTMENTS
FRONT WHEEL SWIVEL OR FIXED
SWIVEL POSITION:
-
Unscrew the knob located below the footrest
to unblock the wheel (15).
FIXED POSITION:
-
Ensure the wheel is lined up straight and
tighten the knob to block it in position (16).
WARNING
: This product is not suitable for
running or skating.
WARNING
: The swivel wheel allows greater
manoeuvrability of the stroller. Over rough
grounds (sand, snow, stones, mud...), it is
strongly recommended that the front wheel
be used in the fixed position.
THE SEAT BACK
-
The seat back has 3 positions: sitting, reclining
and lying down. To change positions just open
the 2 (or 4) zips on either side of the seat back.
PLEASE NOTE! The zips must be fully opened in
order to avoid breaking them.

Sitting position = zips closed (17)

Reclining position = 2 zips open (18)

Lying down position = 4 zips open (19)
