1 Descrizione e Numero di Codice
Il Respiratore di Emergenza con boccaglio BLITZ 10 codice
44337000, conforme alla Norma DIN 58647-7, descritto in questo
manuale è un Dispositivo di Protezione Individuale di III cate-
goria, certificato CE in accordo alla Direttiva 89/686/CEE e suc-
cessive modifiche, dall'Organismo Notificato n° 0426 ITALCERT
V.le Sarca 336 Milano Italia.
2 Scelta ed uso
Il respiratore d' e mergenza BLITZ 10 è un dispositivo filtrante de-
stinato esclusivamente alla fuga.
La scelta e l'uso sono sotto la responsabilità' dell'utilizzatore. Os-
servare quanto di seguito riportato.
Il respiratore d' e mergenza BLITZ 10 protegge da gas e vapori or-
ganici con punto di ebollizione oltre 65 °C, gas e vapori inorgani-
ci, gas e vapori acidi e basici. La protezione è limitata rispetto a
composti con basso punto di ebollizione, per esempio gas e vapori
con punto di ebollizione inferiore a 65 °C ed in concentrazioni
altamente tossiche.
I respiratori d' e mergenza non proteggono da monossido di car-
bonio o da carenza di ossigeno. Essi non forniscono ossigeno. I
respiratori d' e mergenza devono essere scelti secondo la relativa
durata nominale.
La durata del respiratore d' e mergenza BLITZ 10 è di 10 minuti.
3 Applicazioni
Il Respiratore d'Emergenza deve essere utilizzato soltanto una
volta. Durante l' e mergenza, mantenersi calmi, non farsi prendere
dal panico. A causa della resistenza alla respirazione inerente ai
respiratori d' e mergenza, gli utilizzatori senza alcuna esperienza
possono avere alcune difficoltà di respirazione.
BLITZ 10 può essere portato nella tasca della tuta o può essere
fissato sulla cintura della tuta o dei pantaloni.
Attenzione! I respiratori d' e mergenza hanno applicazioni limitate
in caso di utilizzatori con protesi dentarie.
Per l'indossamento (ved. Fig. 1-5), aprire la custodia (rompere il
sigillo), ed estrarre BLITZ 10, posizionare il boccaglio in bocca,
in modo che le labbra facciano tenuta. Posizionare lo stringinaso.
Respirare soltanto attraverso la bocca. Non parlare durante l'uso.
Abbandonare l'area pericolosa.
Rompere il sigillo e aprire la custodia tramite la
linguetta sul coperchio.
Estrarre il filtro col boccaglio
Posizionare il boccaglio in bocca, in modo che le labbra
facciano tenuta.
Posizionare lo stringinaso e respirare soltanto attraver-
so la bocca.
Non parlare durante l'uso. Abbandonare l'area
pericolosa.
4 Manutenzione ed immagazzinamento
Durante la durata di immagazzinamento, i respiratori d' e mer-

Warning! The purpose of this instruction manual is to describe the
proper use of the product and to prevent dangers.
DPI srl warranties concerning this product will be invalidated if
such a product is not used following the instructions provided in
this manual.
DPI srl is not to be held responsible for the selection and use of any
filtering device, since the user is the only person responsible. DPI
srl is to be held responsible for this product only.
1 Description
The emergency respirator with mouthpiece BLITZ 10 art.no.
44337000, complying with Standard DIN 58647-7, described in
this manual is Category III Personal Protective Equipment, with
CE certification according to Directive 89/686/EEC as subse-
quently amended, issued by Notified Body n° 0426 ITALCERT
V.le Sarca 336, Milano – Italia.
2 Selection and use
The emergency respirator BLITZ 10 is a filtering device which
must be used only in case of escape from dangerous places.
It is the user responsibility to choose and use it. Please, read the
following instructions carefully.
The emergency respirator BLITZ 10 protects users from organic
vapours and gases with boiling point higher than 65°C, inorganic
vapours and gases, acid and basic vapours and gases. Protection
is limited with respect to compounds with low boiling point, for
example vapours and gases with a boiling point lower than 65°C
and in highly toxic concentrations.
Emergency respirators do not protect from carbon monoxide or
oxygen lack, since they do not provide oxygen. Emergency respi-
rators must be chosen according to their rated duration.
The duration of the respirator BLITZ 10 is 10 minutes.
3 Applications
Emergency respirators must be used once only. In case of emer-
gency, keep calm and do not get into a panic. Due to breathing
resistance of emergency respirators, inexperienced users may suf-
fer breathing difficulty.
You can put BLITZ 10 in your overall pocket or can fasten it to
your overall or trousers belt.
Warning! People with dental implants are allowed to use emergen-
cy respirators in a limited way.
To use the respirator (see Pict. 1-5), open the pack (break the seal)
and take BLITZ 10 out. Put the mouthpiece in your mouth and
close your lips around it. Put the proper clip on your nose. Breathe
through your mouth only. Do not speak while using the respirator.
Leave the dangerous area.
4 Maintenance and storage
The emergency respirators BLITZ 10 do not require any main-

tenance during storage. The expiry date is shown on the device
(hourglass symbol). Any maintenance operation must be carried 10
out by DPI srl or by authorized centers only. The emergency re-

spirators BLITZ 10 must be stored in a cool, dry and clean place.
Do not open the pack before use. Broken respirators or respirators
contained in a damaged pack must be replaced.

Vorsicht! Der Zweck dieser Gebrauchsanleitungen ist, die bestim-
mungsgemäße Verwendung des Produkts zu beschreiben und
Gefahren zu vermeiden.
Alle Personen, die diese Atemschutzmaske einsetzen, sind ver-
pflichtet, diese Gebrauchsanleitung zu lesen und zu beachten.
Die DPI Garantie dieses Produktes wird ihre Gültigkeit verlieren,
wenn es nicht gemäß der Anweisungen dieser Gebrauchsanleitun-
gen verwendet wird.
DPI srl haftet nicht für die Auswahl und Verwendung der Filter-
vorrichtung, da der Benutzer die einzige Person verantwortlich ist.
DPI srl ist nur für dieses Produkt verantwortlich.
1 Beschreibung
Das in diesen Gebrauchsanleitungen beschriebene Fluchtfilter-
gerät mit Mundstück BLITZ 10, art. nr. 44337000, der Norm DIN
58647-7 entsprechend, ist eine personliche Schutzausrüstung der
Kategorie III, mit CE-Kennzeichnung gemäß Richtlinie 89/686 /
EWG und nachfolgende Änderungen. Zertifizierung und Zulas-
sung zur CE-Kennzeichnung wurden von der Prüfstelle Nr 0426
ITALCERT V .LE Sarca 336, Mailand – Italien durchgeführt.
2 Auswahl und Verwendung
Das Fluchtfiltergerät BLITZ 10 ist eine Filtervorrichtung, die aus-
schließlich zur Flucht zu verwenden ist. der Benutzer ist veran-
twortlich für die Auswahl und Verwendung dieses Geräts. Bitte
beachten Sie die folgenden Anweisungen.
Das Fluchtfiltergerät BLITZ 10 schützt vor organischen Dämpfen
und Gasen mit einem Siedepunkt höher als 65 °C, anorganische
Dämpfe und Gase,
Säure- und Grunddämpfen und Gase. Der Schutz in Bezug auf
Verbindungen mit niedrigem Siedepunkt, beispielsweise Dämpfe
und Gase mit einem Siedepunkt unter 65 °C und in hochgiftige
Konzentrationen, ist beschränkt.
Fluchtfiltergeräte schützen nicht vor Kohlenmonoxid oder Sau-
erstoffmangel, da sie kein Sauerstoff versorgen. Fluchtfiltergeräte
sind entsprechend ihrer Nenneinsatzdauer zu wählen.
Die Eisatzdauer des Fluchtfiltergerät BLITZ 10 beträgt 10 Minu-
ten.
3 Anwendungen
Fluchtfiltergeräte müssen nur einmal verwendet werden. Im
Notfall, bleiben Sie ruhig und beraten nicht in Panik. Aufgrund
des Atemwiderstands mit allen Fluchtfiltergeräte, können uner-
fahrene Anwender an Atembeschwerden leiden.
BLITZ 10 kann in Kleidertaschen getragen oder an Kleider- oder
Hosengürtel befestigt werden.
Warnung! Bei Arbeitern mit Zahnimplantaten dürfen Fluchtfilter-
geräte in begrenztem Umfang verwendet werden.
Um das Fluchtfiltergerät zu verwenden (siehe Abb. 1-5), brechen
Sie das Siegel aus, öffnen Sie die Packung und das BLITZ 10 herau-
sziehen. Das Mundstück in den Mund einlegen und mit Lippen
herum dicht machen. Setzen Sie den richtigen Clip auf der Nase.
Atmen Sie nur durch den Mund. Sprechen Sie nicht, während die
Verwendung des Geräts. Verlassen Sie das Gefahrenbereich.
Brechen Sie das Siegel und ziehen Sie die Lasche um
die Packung zu öffnen
Nehmen Sie den Filter mit dem Mundstück
Setzen Sie das Mundstück in den Mund und schließen
Sie Ihre Lippen um ihn herum
Setzen Sie die Klammer auf der Nase und atmen nur
durch den Mund.
Nicht während der Verwendung sprechen. Verlassen
Sie den Gefahrenbereich.
4 Wartung und Lagerung
Das Fluchtfiltergeräte BLITZ 10 benötigt keine Wartung während
der Lagerung. Das Verfallsdatum ist auf dem Gerät (Sanduhr-Sym-
bol) gezeigt. Alle Wartungen müssen nur von DPI srl oder von
autorisierten Zentren durchgeführt. Das Fluchtfiltergerät BLITZ
10 muss in einem kühlen, trockenen und sauberen Platz gelagert
werden. Öffnen Sie die Packung nicht vor Gebrauch. Gebrochene
Fluchtfiltergeräte oder mit einer beschädigten Packung müssen
ersetzt werden.
