Adjustment of the banknote feeder
Set a suitable distance between the feed rail and the feed rollers by using the adjustment screw. The screw is
located behind the top cover on the back of the device. Turn the screw to the left to decrease the distance, turn
the screw to the right to increase the distance.

80% of the errors are caused by dust and dirt inside the machine. Regular cleaning of the machine prevents most
of these malfunctions.
If the machine detects a suspicious banknote, it interrupts the counting process and starts beeping. After re-
moving the suspect banknote – this is the last banknote on the banknote stacker – press the START button to
continue with the counting.

Solution
Take out the banknotes of the Banknote stacker
and place it again in the banknote feeder. Start
the counting process again.
If it is often displayed, adjust the adjusting
screw toward the counter-clockwise direction.
Remove banknote, insert straight into the
feeder and count again.
Remove banknote, remove crease and count
again.
Remove the suspect banknote, re-count the
banknotes. Possibly cleaning the sensors.
