of year 2016 on (the year of manufacture is clearly indicated on the tool identification plate, followed the serial
number) and whose function is "an appliance that removes dry material (soil) from a surface to be cleaned by
means of an airflow created by underpressure developed within the unit", comply with all the requirements stated
by the Directive 2006/42/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 May 2006 on machinery, and
amending Directive 95/16/EC.
