INSERT NEW
The first screen for the program insert procedure required the name of
the program to be entered (fig. 20a). A flashing cursor in the top of
the display will indicate that the first letter of the name needs to be
entered. Select the required letter with the "SELECTION" keys and
then press "OK" to confirm and pass onto the next character. etc.
Should it be necessary to delete the last letter entered, scroll through
the list to DEL and then press "OK" or press the "DELETE" key. To
complete the name entry and pass on to the next screen, scroll through
the list to END and then press "OK" or press the "END" key. This
will open the second programming screen, which will ask for the
number of stages in the programme. Use the "SELECTION" keys to
set the required number, between 1, 2 or 3 (fig. 20b). This is followed
by entering the working temperature ("Temperature step 1") and the
baking time ("Time step 1") (which will be preloaded to T1) (fig.
20c). Change the parameters with the "+" and "-" keys and then press
"OK" to confirm. This will open the third programming screen, where
it is necessary to enter the power level for the ceiling ("("Ceiling
power step 1")") and floor ("Deck power step 1") (fig. 20d). Change
the parameters with the "+" and "-" keys and then press "OK" to
confirm.
Programming continues with the screens for programming the second
and third stages, if present (fig. 20e-f-g-h).
Only those models with a steamer used at every stage in baking can
have an associated steam function at the start of the relevant baking
stage. The steam function will have the duration preset in 3.4. To
enable steaming, press the HOTKEY when the temperature setting
screen is shown, as indicated by the wording on the display: the
special icon will appear to the left of the temperature.
WARNING!
If the programming screen does not show the
wording offering the choice to switch the steam function on/off
using the HOTKEY, increase the baking time for the previous
stage since after generating the steam, the boiler will cool down
and will need a certain amount of time to heat up and generate
more steam. Go back to the previous screens by pressing the
"RETURN" key one or more times.
NOTE:
If the oven is fitted with steamer and there are no
screens to program this, contact the Assistance Service to enable the
function.
Programming continues with the DELTA POWER function setting (fig.
20i): leave the // symbols to use manual settings (see 3.5.8) or use the +
and/or – keys to select the required balance.
The last screen shows a summary of the program created (fig. 20l).
Press OK to save and run the program. Press "RETURN" to go back to
the previous screens without saving.
NOTE:
When entering a DUAL TEMP programme, select the
mode as described in 3.2.3 before starting to enter a new
programme. The procedure described here above remains valid for
programming.

"SELECTION" keys, then press "OK" to put all of the programs in
alphabetical order, beginning with the chosen letter. Select the required
program with the "SELECTION" keys then press "OK" to open the edit
screens. The parameter edit procedure is the same as the procedure
described above in the "INSERT NEW" paragraph.

the USB device. The <ROOT> item shows the first level of the file
system. Select the directory where the programs to be imported reside
using the "SELECTION" keys. The "+" and "-" keys enter and exit the
selected directory. Press "OK" to perform the import operation. A
message will show the number of the program correctly copied from the
USB memory to the oven memory. Remove the USB device and refit
the previously removed plug.
NOTE:
the <NO DIRECTORY> message means that there is
no USB or that it has not been correctly inserted into the slot.
USB EXPORT
Insert the USB device into the slot on the right side of the appliance
after removing the plug. The display will show a list of the directories in

STARTING UP THE BAKING CHAMBER WITH THE
STEAMER
This function allows "calibrated" amounts of steam to be emitted into
the baking chamber.
To enable the function, press "MENU", select the STEAM
INJECTION item with the "SELECTION" keys (↑ and ↓) then press
"OK" to open the submenu.
Scroll through the list using the "+" and "-" buttons to select the
following items.
-
"On"/"Off": To switch the steam boiler on or off
-
"Steam injection": emits steam into the baking chamber
-
"Steam duration": sets the amount of steam, measured by the time
the electrovalve remains open.
Scroll through the list with the "SELECTION" keys as far as the
required item and press "OK" to confirm.
For the "Steam duration" item, change this parameter with the "+" and
"-" keys and then press "OK" to confirm. To return to the previous
screens without saving, press the "RETURN" key one or more times.
Once enabled, the main display will contain an icon to show that the
"Steam" function is on (fig.33). The flashing steam icon shows that
the boiler is heating up. The non-flashing steam icon indicates that the
boiler has reached working temperature and that the steam is ready to
be emitted. During the steam injection stage, the white icon becomes
light blue for the amount of time set for "Steam duration".
There is no dedicated key for the "Steam" function. If steam is used
frequently it is suggested that this function be assigned to the
"HOTKEY" (see 3.5.3) This will associate functions to the key
allowing the boiler to be controlled directly without the need to open
the dedicated menu:
-
press once: to inject steam into the baking chamber ("steam
injection" shortcut)
-
hold down: to switch the boiler for steam production on/off
("On/Off" function shortcut)
NOTE:
It is not possible to emit steam if the boiler has not
been enabled and/or has not reached the correct temperature to
produce steam.
When using programs containing at least one steam injection, the
boiler is switched on automatically. Switch on Timer 1 (T1) so that the
steam is discharged automatically at the programmed times.
To use Timer 1, refer to 3.2.2 ("BAKING TIMER" section). To create
programs containing the steam injection function, refer to 3.3.
In any case, the oven STOP will also deactivate Steamer heating.
