MALFUNCTIONS AND TROUBLESHOOTING
The device does not turn on
•
Make sure that the plug is well inside the wall socket.
•
Make sure to have pressed the ON/OFF (2) button.
•
Make sure that the device is operating with in the limits established in this instruction manual (20
min. ON / 40 min. OFF).
Nebulization is weak or not present
•
Make sure that the air tube (11) is correctly connected at both ends.
•
Make sure the air tube is not squashed, bent, soiled or blocked. If necessary, replace with a new
one.
•
Make sure the nebulizer is completely assembled (13) and ensure the components are correctly
assembled.
•
Make sure the medicine has been poured into the nebulizer.
•
Make sure the filter is clean and the filter cover is positioned correctly.
The device is noisy
•
Make sure to have inserted the filter correctly in its seat (14).
Do not attempt to repair the device. Contact COLPHARMA customer service.
WARRANTY
This device has a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty is valid only with the original
purchase receipt.
•
The 3-year warranty is valid only for the compressor.
•
The spare parts such as nebulizer, masks, mouthpiece, nose piece, air tube and filters have a
warranty of one year against defects in materials and workmanship, but not against deterioration
caused by normal wear and tear.
•
Opening or tampering with the device voids the warranty.
•
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents or failure to abide by the
instructions for use.
