4) Montage de la poulie sur le moteur
Monter le moteur en utilisant les deux tiges taraudées avec l'entraxe
le plus faible possible entre les deux arbres.
Insérer le moyeu expansible dans la poulie puis installer l'ensemble
sur l'arbre moteur avec la courroie.
Ajuster la position de la poulie (cote B) à la valeur se trouvant dans
le tableau 2.
4) Installation of the driving pulley onto the motor
Install the motor using the threaded rods and trying to keep the
Motor/Module axle base to a minimum
Insert the locking assembly into the pulley and fit it with the belt
on the motor pin
Adjust assembly position B on the pulley according to table 2

5 Serrage
Serrer les vis du moyeu (en croix) au couple du tableau 3.
Desserrer les vis de fixation du moteur.
6 Réglage de la tension de la courroie
Monter la vis M4 dans la plaque (côté moteur).
Installer le kit de tension de la courroie en le vissant dans les trous
taraudées des deux tiges.
Tendre la courroie en vissant la molette jusqu'à l'obtention de la
bonne valeur (déterminée par la formule ci-dessous) :

5 Block the locking assembly
Tighten the screws on the locking assembly using a cross pattern,
until the torque displayed in table 3 is reached
Loosen the fixing screws on the motor
6 Tighten the transmission belt
Insert the M4 socket head screw into the plate's thread on the side
of the motor
Use the threaded holes to install the instrument provided
Tighten the knob to achieve the required pre-load for the belt
as calculated using the following formula:
