N.B. for the D51/3MH35 model: wall-mounting with downward
flow obliged.
• Place the formwork in the structure of the cast so that its outer edge is flush
with the finished wall.
• Place the protection tube of the electrical cable in the cast.
• Once the cast is done proceed as follows: Open the appliance by unscrewing
the four screws of the glass, remove the reflector (2 screws) and insert the
electricity supply cable through the membrane.
• During installation scrupulously respect the rules on wiring.

• For outdoor installation, flexible neoprene rubber cable type H07RN-F
with a diameter of between 7.5 and 12 mm must be used
(CEI EN 60598-1,EN 50525).
PVC-insulated cables of with an external PVC sheath or cable other than
that specified here may not be used.
Proceed as shown in pict. a for a correct cable-membrane gland coupling.
Single-core cable can only be used for indoor installation.
• The cable must pass under the appropriate bridge clamp.
• Fix the appliance to the formwork with the two screws "A" and if
necessary adjust the projection of the appliance tightening the four dowels
"B". (see pict. 1, pict. 3)
• Connect the appliance respecting the polarities (pict. 2-3).
Cascade connection: using for connection to the mains a cable with a
minimum cross-section of 1.5mm
in cascade. Reassemble the reflector, insert the lamp, make sure that the
gasket is completely inserted in its housing and assemble the glass or
the frame, tightening the screws in a balanced way and in progression for
uniform tightening.
Relamping - maintenance:
• Disconnect from the mains before carrying out any type of maintenance.
Respect fully type and power of lamp as shown on the label.
Read carefully the instructions of the lamp manufacturer for proper lamp use.
The relamping must be done with the utmost care avoiding to dirty the sealing
gasket and its contact surface.
Before opening the fixture it is therefore necessary to clean it accurately.
If the gasket is deformed and not in perfect conditions it is necessary to change it.
• It is essential to clean the glass and the outer surface of the appliance
periodically. Deposits of earth and dirt must not be accumulated. These
deposits can cause dangerous overheating, preventing the correct emission
of light and the correct heat dissipation. Any limescale build-up on the glass
must be removed with a scraper.
