One-Year Limited Warranty
KOHLER plumbing products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for one year
from date of installation.
Kohler Co. will, at its election, repair, replace or make appropriate adjustment where Kohler Co. inspection
discloses any such defects occurring in normal usage within one (1) year after installation. Kohler Co. is not
responsible for removal or installation costs. Use of in-tank toilet cleaners will void the warranty.

Implied warranties including that of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are expressly
limited in duration to the duration of this warranty. Kohler Co. and/or seller disclaims any liability for
special, incidental or consequential damages.
Some states/provinces do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or
limitation of special, incidental or consequential damages so these limitations and exclusions may not apply
to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from
state/province to state/province.
This is Kohler Co.'s exclusive written warranty.

Probable Cause
A. Power is not being drawn from
the outlet.
B. Power is not being drawn from
the outlet.
C. Wires are improperly connected.
D. Circuit breaker has been tripped.
A. Capacitive switch module is not
powered.
B. Capacitive switch plate is
disconnected.
C. Capacitive switch module does
not work.
A. LED light is disconnected.
B. LED light does not work.
C. Capacitive switch module is does
not work.
A. Power is not being drawn from
the outlet.
B. Lamp is burnt out.
C. Cable is disconnected.
D. Wires are improperly connected.
E. Lamp does not work.
Recommended Action
A. Plug the cord into the 110 V AC
outlet.
B. Verify the outlet is a 110 V AC
outlet.
C. Access the wiring to verify the
wiring is correct.
D. Reset the circuit breaker.
A. Make sure that the capacitive
switch module is powered up.
B. Make sure that the ring terminal is
connected to the capacitive switch
plate.
C. Replace the capacitive switch
module.
A. Make sure the LED light is
plugged in.
B. Replace the LED light.
C. Replace the capacitive switch
module.
A. Plug the cord into the 110 V AC
outlet.
B. Replace with 13 W, 21" (53.3 cm)
T5 bulbs.
C. Verify that the cable on the bottom
of the pull-out is plugged in.
D. Access the wiring to verify the
wiring is correct.
E. Replace with 13 W, 21" (53.3 cm)
T5 bulbs.
