4.2.11 Grinding disc cabinet

Installation of the grinding wheel carriers
A pair of mounting rails (1) are inserted horizontally in the socket strip (2)

and pushed down (3) so that all the studs in the mounting rails engage in
the socket strip. A grinding wheel carriers is inserted into the mounting rails
so that the pins engage in the holes.

It is essential that the grinding wheel carriers are secured with 4 retaining
springs, to prevent the grinding wheel carriers tipping accidentally.

To ensure secure seating of the grinding wheel in the slide pin, only
one grinding wheel may be stored per mounting!
The maximum static surface load per swing-out arm is 30 kg.
When swinging the carrier in, note that the locking pin will engage to
prevent the arm swinging out again accidentally.
The grinding wheel carriers may be used only for its intended purpose.
Et is prohibited to use the carrier as a step, a ladder or a stool.
