START-UP
The device must be completely removed from its packaging and the protections must be completely removed.
Place the device on a solid, stable, flat and non-flammable surface.
Place the device under an extractor hood.
Do not place the appliance against the wall. In the event of a short distance from a wall, make sure that the
latter withstands a minimum temperature of 90 ° C.
Do not install the device near open fires or other heating devices.
It is forbidden to place flammable objects on and near the appliance.
Make sure that all ventilation openings are not blocked.
Make sure that the device is placed for optimal use.
The device must be electrically protected upstream with an adequate safety device.
The device should be plugged directly into a wall outlet, not a power strip.
Let the device heat up for 15 minutes before using it for the first time.
USE
Before first use, the appliance must be cleaned with a damp cloth, mild detergent and dried completely.
Lower part :
Switch on the device using the main switch. The green power-on indicator light will illuminate.
Turn the thermostat knob to the desired temperature. The orange indicator light comes on when the heating
elements heat up and goes out when the desired temperature is reached. To turn off the appliance, set the
thermostat button to "0" and press the main switch.
After use, let the appliance cool down.
Regularly check and empty the grease trap.
The top part :
Switch on the device using the main switch which lights up green when switched on.
Turn the thermostat knob to the desired temperature. The orange indicator light comes on when the
resistance heats up and goes off when the desired temperature is reached. To turn off the appliance, set the
thermostat button to "0" and press the main switch.
After use, let the appliance cool down.
