Operation instructions
1. Connect all spare parts correctly and ensure outlet connections are in proper placement.
Remark: oil suction pipe prepared by the user.
2. Apply power to the motor by plugging the power cord into a power source.
Turn on the pump by use of the on/off switch.
3. Open the fuelling nozzle to fuel equipment.
4. When the fuel is complete, return the nozzle to its storage position and turn off the pump.
Attention
1. Reset the meter to 0 before each use to ensure proper measuring of each fuelling job.
2. Do not leave the motor running when not in operation. Only interval runs between fuelling jobs may be permitted.
3. Clean the fuel strainer regularly.
Common troubleshooting
Problems
Motor does not turn
Motor turns but no oil output
Abnormal metering or no meter output
Little oil output
Possible reasons
The power cable is not plugged in
The motor has jammed
Capacitor failure
Suction side not submerged in oil
Vanes worn or gear damaged
Computation swing tray has broken
Plugged strainer

Solutions
Check the electric cable
Replace the motor
Replace capacitor
Check the oil suction hose/pipe
Replace vanes or gear
Replace the computation swing tray
Clean strainer
