Adjusting the operating mode evaporator

The cabin is active in the operating mode "evaporator" (see point 6.2).
Information: First, set the desired temperature (e.g. 50 °C) and then the humidity (e.g. 55%). For physical
reasons, the sum from both values cannot exceed 110.

steps between 30 and 65 °C.
