- Page 5 2. A. Select a hood preference height above the cooktop that is comfortable for the user (Fig. A). Thermador recommends a distance of 30”-36” between the countertop and bottom of hood.
- Page 6 HOOD INSTALLATION NOTE: A minimum of three people or 1 person and a handlift are recommended to install the Island Hood to the mounting structure. Refer to Table 1 for the appliance weight. Place transition on hood so that the holes line up for the screws placement on both ends of the transition.
- Page 7 FINAL INSTALLATION STEP CLEANING AND CARE For general care of the chimney, wipe the outside of the stainless steel with sudsy water or household cleaners such as Fantastic® or Formula 409®, rinse well and dry with clean soft cloth to avoid water marks. To remove finger prints and give added shine use spray cleaners such as Stainless Steel Magic®.

Consulter le tabeau 1 pour le poids de l’appareil. Placer la transition sur la hotte afin que les trous s’alignent avec les vis aux deux extrémités de la transi- tion.
