INSTALLATION
- Avant l’installation, purger soigneusement les canalisations. La robinetterie installée, démonter l’aérateur avant sa mise en
eau. Ouvrir l’eau. Le sélecteur de débit ouvert au maximum. Tourner le sélecteur de température en chaud maximum, puis en
froid maximum afin d’éliminer toutes les impuretés par un écoulement abondant. Remonter l’aérateur.
- Raccorder impérativement l'eau chaude à gauche (près de la poignée de réglage de débit).
Ce mitigeur thermostatique fonctionne convenablement avec un chauffe-eau de
type "à accumulation" mais il est aussi possible d'utiliser un chauffe-eau de type
"instantané" à gaz dont la puissance est d'au moins 18 Kw ou 250 mth/min.
ENTRETIEN
Revêtement : La finition spéciale de ce mitigeur exige une attention particulière : pour conserver l’aspect de votre
robinetterie, nettoyer régulièrement sa surface avec une éponge savonneuse non abrasive, bien rincer et essuyer avec un linge
doux. Eviter formellement l'utilisation des produits contenant de l'alcool méthylique, des acides, des solvants ou des abrasifs
qui endommageraient le revêtement.
INSTALLATION
- Drain pipes thoroughly before installing. After installing mixer, remove aerator. Turn on water supply. Turn flow control handle
to full flow. Turn temperature selector to hot, for the hottest water temperature, then to cold, for the coldest water temperature,
to remove all deposits. Reinstall aerator.
- The hot water connection must be done on the left (near the flow setting handle).
This thermostatic mixer operates correctly with a water heater with an
‘’accumulator’’ but it can also work with an ‘’instant’’ gas-powered
water heater with at least 18 Kw or 250 mth/min.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Finish : To maintain the appearance of this mixer, regularly clean the surface with a soapy sponge, rinse well and wipe
dry with a soft cloth. Do not use products containing methyl alcohol, acids, solvents or abrasives that can damage the finish.

VERIFICATION ET REGLAGE
Ces mitigeurs thermostatiques sont réglés et testés à une tempé-
rature de 38°C.
Le réglage effectué en usine convient à la majorité des installations
domestiques. Cependant, il est possible que la température de l'eau
délivrée par le mitigeur ne corresponde pas exactement à celle affichée
sur le sélecteur. Dans ce cas un réglage peut être effectué par l'installateur.
Précaution : avant d'effectuer cette vérification, s'assurer de la présence
d’eau chaude et d’eau froide par un écoulement suffisant, en tournant le
sélecteur en butée "tout chaud" puis, en butée "tout froid".
Vérification : en position 38 du sélecteur, la température de l'eau,
mesurée au thermomètre à la sortie de la robinetterie (utiliser de préférence
un thermomètre de bain), doit se trouver dans une plage comprise entre
37 et 39°C. Dans le cas contraire, procéder au réglage comme suit :
Réglage :
- Tourner la poignée F jusqu’à l’obtention d’une eau à 38°C au thermomètre
en pressant le bouton de sécurité.
- Enlever la plaquette H .
- Dévisser la vis de fixation G de la poignée à l’aide d’un tournevis.
- Enlever la poignée F de réglage de température et l’insérer sur l’insert
E en alignant le repère 38 de la bague avec le point de référence du corps
D.
- L’insert E ne doit pas être démonté de son siège.
- Revisser la vis G et replacer la plaquette H.
Montage
Visser les raccords A aux sor-
ties du mur.
Visser les rosaces B sur les
raccords A jusqu’au mur.
Visser les écrous du mitigeur D
avec une clé plate de 30 sur les
raccords A en positionnant les
joints C.
L’eau chaude doit être reliée
impérativement à gauche.
Ouvrir les alimentations d’eau
chaude et d’eau froide, vérifier
l’étanchéité des jonctions.
Installation
Screw the connections A to the
wall pipes. Screw the rosettes B
on escutcheons A till the former
comes in contact to the wall.
Screw the thermostatic mixer D
to the junctions inserting the joint
C in between use a 30 mm key.
Hot water is to be connected
on the left, while cold water
must be connected on the
right side.
Open the supply of hot and cold
water and check the tightness of
the joints.
TESTING AND SETTING
Our thermostatic mixers are regulated during the tecting phase at
a 38°C temperature.
The factory setting is appropriate for most home systems. However, it is
possible that the temperature of the water run by the mixer is not exactly
the one noted on the selector. In this case, the installer can adjust the
setting.
Caution: Before testing the mixer, make sure that hot water and cold water
come out with a right flow; to do this, turn the temperature selector all the
way to the ‘’hot’’ stop then to the ‘’cold’’ stop.
Testing: With the selector in position 38, the temperature of the water
coming out of the mixer should be within a range of 37° and 39°C (measure
with a bath thermometer). If this is not the case, proceed with the setting
as follows:
Setting:
- Without releasing the security button, turn the handle F till the water flow
reaches the temperature of 38°C.
- Remove the plate H.
- Unscrew the handle fixing screw G with a cross screw driver.
- Remove the temperature regulating handle F and insert the detail E into
it in such a way that the mark 38° on the graduated ring coincide with the
relative point on the thermostatic body D.
- The insert E must not be removed from its seat.
- Replace the screw G and the plate H.
