8. TOOL OPERATION
Install and remove the blade
Installation:
Turn the chuck counterclockwise, and install the blade. Once the blade is installed, release the
chuck and the chuck would automatically turn back. (See Fig. 1).
Removal:
Turn the chuck counterclockwise, and remove the blade. Once the blade is removed, release
the chuck, and the chuck would automatically turn back. (See Fig. 2).

Blade guard adjustment
1. Move the lever downward to the end.
2. Move the blade guard back and forth to the location needed.
3. Move the lever backward.

Activate the saw
1. Move the safety lever backward.
2. Press the trigger to activate the saw.
