Container crane controls/overview
The container crane is controlled exclusively through the browser and the Wi-Fi network of the primary printed circuit board (PCB) and does not require installing a programme on your
computer. The Web interface for the controls is provided by a server on the primary PCB.
Starting the container crane controls
- Switch on the primary PCB.
- Switch on the secondary PCB.
- Search for the secure Wi-Fi network (e.g. »FALLERWIFIXX«) and click on »Connect«.
- Start the container crane controls in the browser; see Function test.

Before the container crane controls are available, the default message »Second controls (not) yet active! No connection!« appears.
Notes for if the standard message continues to be displayed:
- Turn both PCBs off and on again.
- Check Wi-Fi connection to the network (e.g. »FALLERWIFIXX«).
- Check battery charge.

On the start page you will find all the control elements for standard movement functions: main carriage, trolley and spreader (raise/lower).
Note: Do not set the container down, as otherwise the strings unwind.
Start movement:
Press and hold the left mouse button over one of the direction arrows.
Note: Do not move the mouse.
Stop movement:
Release the left mouse button.
Note: Movement stops within one third of a second.
Emergency stop:
Left-click anywhere on the screen except on the direction arrows.
Speed:
You can increase or decrease the basic speed (PWM frequency of the motor) of each standard function by left-clicking on »+« or »-«. Range: 0 – 100%. Default setting: 75%.
