Troubleshooting
No pointer movement? Erratic movement ? Missed button clicks ?
Check the USB connection.
Make sure there is no twist along the USB cable.
Do not use a USB hub.
Try other USB ports on your computer.
Make sure you are tracking on a proper surface. Highly-reflective or
transparent surfaces, like glass, do not deliver good tracking results.
Reboot your system.
