TROUBLESHOOTING

ATTENTION
Before carrying out any inspection or maintenance operations, shut off the air and discharge the
pressure from the circuit by following the decompression procedure.
Problem Possible cause
Intake air pressure too low
Air lines obstructed
Dispensing valves closed or obstructed
Pump does not
work
Fluid lines or other components obstructed
No fluid left in tank
Pneumatic motor damaged
Piston gaskets are worn
Pump runs

Increase intake air pressure
Clean air lines
Open or clean dispensing valves
Check that fluid lines and components are
clean
Fill tank
Repair pneumatic motor
Replace worn gaskets
Fill tank
Clean or replace motor gaskets
Push the button RESET (see diagram after
the table)
