y Perform the inspection/replacement of the carbon
brushes with the electrical power supply disconnected.

ATTENTION
y If, during the operation of the power tool there is
evident sparking inside or if its operation is irregular,
check the wear and tear on the carbon brushes, which
are located in storage housings accessible by screwing
off the housing covers on the motor unit (see fig. 10). To
check the condition of the carbon brushes, it is necessa-
ry to take the brushes out of the carbon brushes.
It is necessary that both carbon brushes are replaced
at the same time with original parts from the manu-
facturer.
