Troubleshooting

If the device does not work properly, check whether you are able to rectify the problem
yourself. If the problem cannot be solved with the steps listed, contact the customer
service department.
Do not attempt to repair an electrical device yourself!
Problem
The device does
not work. The red
control lamp (4)
does not fl ash.
The fuse in the
fuse box is trig-
gered.
Water emerges
from the steam
bottom (1).
No steam is pro-
duced.

Disposal

Dispose of the packaging material in an environmentally friendly manner so that
it can be recycled.
This device is governed by the European Directive 2012/19/EU on waste electri-
cal and electronic equipment (WEEE). Do not dispose of this device as normal
domestic waste, but rather in an environmentally friendly manner via an offi cially
approved waste disposal company.

Possible cause
The mains plug is not inserted
correctly in the plug socket.
The plug socket is defective.
There is no mains voltage.
Too many devices connected
to the same circuit.
The temperature has fallen be-
low the operating temperature.
The water tank (C) is empty.
The device has not yet reached
operating temperature.
Solution
Correct the fi t of the mains
plug.
Try another plug
socket.
Check the fuse of the mains
connection.
Reduce the number of devices
in the circuit.
Switch off the production of
steam for a brief period so that
the device has time to heat up
again. The red control lamp (4)
must be constantly lit.
Top up the water tank.
Wait until the red control lamp
(4) is constantly lit.
