The warranty covers any defect or manufacturing defect for 1 year from the date of purchase (parts and
labor).
The warranty does not cover:
- normal wear and tear of parts (e. g. cables, etc.).
- panel/battery voltage errors, incidents due to misuse, falling, disassembly or any other damage due to
transport.
In case of defects, return the product to your distributor, attaching:
- a dated proof of purchase (receipt, invoice...)
- an explanatory note of the defect.
Attention: our after-sales service does not accept returns postage due.
After the warranty, our after-sales service ensures repairs after acceptance of a quote.
