Nitro   f uel   c ars:    
 
• Before   y ou   g o   r ide   a   N itro   c ar   f or   t he   f irst   t ime,   s et   t he   f ailsafe   i n   t he   r eceiver.  
Proceed   a s   f ollows:  
1. Switch   o n   t he   t ransmitter.  
2. Enter   c urrent   t o   t he   r eceiver,   t he   r ed   L ED   o n   t he   r eceiver   s hould   l ight   u p   s olid  
red.    
3. Press   o n   t he   r emote   c ontrol,   t he   b rake   f unction.  
4. Press   t he   " Setting"   b utton   o n   t he   r eceiver   ( see   f igure).   T he   L ED   f lashes   f or  
about   3   s econds.   W hen   t he   f lashing   s tops,   t he   p rocess   i s   c ompleted   s uccessfully.

Please   n ever   u se   f uel   f rom   t he   g as   s tation!     O nly   u se   s pecially   m odel   f uel   ( nitro-­‐
methane).  
The   f uel   h as   a   m ajor   i mpact   o n   t he   p erformance   o f   y our   e ngine.   I f   y ou   w ant   t o   u se   a  
other   n itro-­‐methane   f uel,   y ou   h ave   t o   a djust   t he  
settings   o f   t he   e ngine.   I s   t he   n itro   c ontent   h igher,   t he   e ngine   p roduces   m ore   p ower.  
But   n ever   e xceed   2 5%   n itromethane   c ontent.

Use   t he   s ame   f uel   a s   y ou   i ntend   t o   u se   i n   s ubsequent   o peration.  
 
1.   F ill   t he   f uel   i n   t he   t ank.   C lose   t he   e xhaust   a nd   p ull   t he   p ull   s tarter   t ill   f uel   i s   c oming   u p  
to   t he   c arburetor.   S tart   t he   e ngine   a nd  
set   t he   m ain   n eedle   h igh-­‐fat.   I t   m ust   c oming   a   l ot   o f   s moke   f rom   t he   e xhaust.   T his   h as  
the   a dvantage   t hat   t he   e ngine   i s   l ubricated   b y   t he  
bold   a ttitude   v ery   w ell   f rom   t he   i nside.  
2.   R un   t he   e ngine   f or   2   m inutes   a t   i dle   t o   w arm   i t   u p.  
3.   N ow   d riving   t he   c ar   t ill   t he   t ank   i s   e mpty.   T he   c ar   w ill   b e   s low   a nd   s luggish   b ecause   o f  
the   f at   c arburetor   a djustment.   T hat´s   n ormal  
and   i mportant.   D on´t   l et   t he   e ngine   r unning   t oo   h igh   a nd   d rive   w ith   h alf   t hrottle   o r   i t  
may   c ause   a   " piston   s eizure".   D rive   t he   c ar   a nd  
make   s hort   g as   s hocks.  
4.   D uring   t he   r un-­‐in   p hase,   t he   e ngine   t emperature   s houldn´t   r each   m ore   t han   1 00°  
degrees.
