6. Daily Switch-On

Preliminary operations
Check that the coffee beans receptacle (2) is correctly posi-
tioned on the grinder-doser. Lift the lid (1) and fill with coffee
beans. Check that the gate (3) is open, pulling it towards the
outside.

Switching on – general instructions
"Ensure that the mains switch is on before switching
on the appliance."
Automatic Grinder-Doser
Turn the appliance on by turning switch (11) to "1" and
check that the indicator light "ON" (10) is lit.
This appliance has an automatic cut-off switch that interve-
nes every time the doser (6) has sufficient ground coffee. If
switch (11) is left on position "1" the grinder-doser will start
automatically every time the level of ground coffee needs to
be filled up.
At the end of the working day, switch off the appliance by
turning the general switch (11) to "0". The indicator light (10)
switches off.
Timed Grinder-Doser
In the timed version, the user sets the timer (11) for grinder
operation. During grinding, the ON light (10) switches on.
The maximum set time is 60 seconds.
Grind the quantity of coffee desired; do not overfill the doser
(6).
The grinding process stops automatically when the timer (11)
returns to "0" and the warning light (10) switches off.
