Place the freezer on a solid, flat
floor to keep it stable and to avoid
excessive vibration and noise.
When the freezer is placed on
carpet, a straw mat or polyvinyl
chloride, the solid backing plates
should be applied underneath the
freezer, so as to prevent colour
changes due to heat dissipation.
