4.2 PARAMETERS - CONFIGURATION
For details about operation and parameters adjustment, refer to system control technical manual
n° 10 12 204.
• On t he DHW electrical control box:
- Make sure that the micro-switch on the ECS board is set to "on" (see position in § 3.4.2).
- Open circuit breaker Q1 (tank electric heater protection).
- S w i t c h o n circuit breaker Q2 (DHW box control circuit).
• On the system remote control box:
- Set the operating selector knob to the "off" position.
• Power on the entire installation.
• configuring parameters on system control box:
- Check the activation of the DHW function (parameter P90 = 1).
- If necessary, check all other installation parameters.
- Check the action of the DHW valve and the circulating
pump by forcing operation: Parameter P97:
- 1 = DHW valve.
- 2 = Secondary circulating pump (if any).
- 3 = DHW valve + circulating pump.
- D i s p l a y and check the temperatures read by the tank sensor (P98) and water tank inlet sensor
(P99).
- Stop the forced operation by resetting parameter 97 to "0".
- To ensure control initialization, turn the system power supply off then back on again.
4.3 OPERATION CHECKS
• S w i t c h o n circuit breaker Q1 and check the power supply on the tank's electric heater.
Note: In this case, make sure that the corresponding output on the main electrical switchboard is
powered.
• Put the system into operation with the selector knob on the system remote control box.
• After a few seconds, a DHW cycle should start (if the water temperature detected by the tank sensor is
below 40°C):
- Heat pump on.
- Action of the DHW valve and stop of the secondary circulating pump, if any.
- I n h i b i t i o n of the tank electric heater.
• The pictogram corresponding to a DHW cycle appears on the system remote control display.
• Allow the DHW cycle to operate a few minutes while checking the temperature rise (tank
temperature + h e a t e x c h a n g e r water i n l e t temperature) and by adjusting the flow rate in the
exchanger.
• Set back the selector knob of the system remote control box to the "off" position. The DHW cycle should
stop.
• At this point, set the DHW function's final parameters configuration (temperature limit, duration,
possible hour program....). See table after.
