● Keep children and pets away from the product.
● Do not use the product as a heater.

● Put the product on a stable surface, at a minimum distance of 3 m from
flammable materials or vegetation.
● Only use charcoal or briquettes in the product.
● Put the charcoal in the charcoal tray at the bottom of the product only.
Use 1 layer of charcoal only. Too much charcoal can cause damage to the
product.
● Only use firelighters that comply with EN 1860-3. Do not use alcohol or
petrol as a firelighter.
● If you use an electric lighter, keep the cable away from the hot surfaces of
the product.
● Do not spray flammable liquid on lit charcoal.
● Keep flammable liquids and pressure containers away from the product.
● Do not move the product when the charcoal is lit. Risk of burn injury.
● Use protective grill gloves to prevent burn injury.

● Close the lid and the air valves to control and extinguish the flames. Do
not use water.
● Do not discard hot charcoal or ashes. Risk of fire and burn injury.
● Make sure that the charcoal is fully extinguished before disposal.
● Let the product become cool before storage.
● Clean the product regularly.

Operation
3.1 To use the product

Light the charcoal with an applicable firelighter.

Wait a minimum of 30 minutes until the charcoal has a red glow with
a thin layer of grey ash.
