Your Griddle is build for an Propane (LPG) or Natural GAS (NG), but the original configuration
is Propane.
If you want to use it with Natural gas you must:

Unscrew the 2 retaining screw M4 of burner

Remove burner
-
Unscrew the 0,9 Nozzle
-
Screw the 1,3 Nozzle (pink painted) inclued
-
Place the burner
This opération must be done on the two burners
